PROVISION OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY ATTACHMENTS TO VULNERABLE FARMERS IN KHATLON REGION CONTINUES SUCCESSFULLY

The agricultural sector is considered an important factor in ensuring food security of the country population, and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan constantly takes the necessary measures for its development and progress.

This year, in order to further improve the material and technical base of vulnerable farms in the country, the State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” within the framework of the “Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project” is allocating a number of attachments units for agricultural machinery to vulnerable farms in the country.

Currently, the provision of vulnerable farms in the towns and districts of the Khatlon region with attachments for agricultural machinery continues successfully, and along with the delivery the institution specialists explain to the project beneficiaries the ways to install them correctly and use effectively.

Farmers (project beneficiaries), expressing gratitude to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for its ongoing support in providing access to new and modern equipment, set themselves the task of making every effort to increase crop yields and contribute to ensuring food security for the country population.
