Unity, independence and national identity are values emerged from our nation aspirations, demanding determination, foresight, patriotism, protection, recognition and respect of national values from every citizen. These priceless gifts are of great value, as all peoples, nations and states need them at all times.

This admirable phenomenon is achievable only for a people and nation with a profound sense of national identity, self-awareness and love for the Motherland – for those who nurture unity, solidarity, and cohesion in their hearts.

National unity is considered the highest stage of socio-political, cultural and spiritual development for every people and nation, built upon cultural values, common elements and unified national-state aspirations.

Today, the Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and National Accord is an example and a source of pride for us – people who have strengthened our state independence and set the creation and prosperity of our beloved Tajikistan as our goal.

This valuable gift was attained precisely due to the wise policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the esteemed Emomali Rahmon, attracting the entire world attention.

This sacred and momentous document, like a shining beacon, illuminates the path of development for the independent Tajik state and its people for centuries to come. It obliges all residents of our homeland to cherish and protect this great boon like the apple of their eye.

The honorable, noble and proud people of our beloved Tajikistan understand that the unity, peace, stability and tranquility of the country are the most sacred and precious benefits, the main pillar of a free state and the foundation of a dignified life for society.
May the sky of our beloved Tajikistan under the wise leadership of the great Leader of the nation, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, remain pure and free. May peace and unity, tranquility and harmony, mutual understanding, grace, blessing, happiness and prosperity forever reign on our ancient land.
