Distribution of agricultural seeds throughout country

Every year, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” under the implementation of the “Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project” provides to the country’s seed and vulnerable farms high quality certified seeds before the crops are sowing so that farmers can sowing crops on time.

It is worth mentioning that this year, under the first component of the “Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project”, the institution imported high-quality flax seeds 60 tones, peas 120 tones, sweet corns 130 tones, and beetroot 10.99 tones, provided to vulnerable farms

The imported seeds are high yielding and adapted to the country’s climatic conditions and farmers (project beneficiaries) if agricultural practices are follow, farmers can obtain the desired harvest.

Country’s farmers are satisfied with the constant support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, especially the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the country, respected Emomali Rahmon, in providing access to high-quality certified seeds adapted to climatic conditions, and decided to make a significant contribution to ensuring food security of the country.
