Visit of the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon to the Bobojon Gafurov district

On April 11, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon visited the educational and practical zone “Palos” of the Khujand State University named after academician Bobojon Gafurov, where construction of intensive garden of apricots, cherries and grapevines began.

Respected Leader of the nation Emomali Rahmon wished success to the workers of the Khujand State University named after academician Bobojon Gafurov in the process of planting grapevine seedlings in the educational and practical zone “Palos”.

Also, here, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon was presented with new and modern machinery and equipment provided by the State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” within the framework of the “Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project” and intended for processing garden and grape rows and agricultural crops. Director of the State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” Daler Satori also took part in the event and presented the above-mentioned machinery and equipment.

Let us recall that, on behalf of the head of state, the institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” provided seed farms and vulnerable farms of all cities and districts of the Sughd region with various high-quality agricultural seeds, mineral fertilizers, as well as more than 920 agricultural machines and spare parts for them.

The exhibition featured mini tractors, as well as modern means for growing rice. The technical characteristics of industrial machines have been adapted to the needs of farmers.
