Work meeting on soil diagnostics in the Institute of Soil Sciences and Agrochemistry of AAST

In the current year, the State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development”, within the framework of the Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project, held a workshop with participation of Kurbonov B. – Deputy Director/ Project Coordinator, Burkhvalisho Z. – Coordinator of the 3rd component, Shomahmadzoda M.K. – soil expert, Khodjaev S.I – Director of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry, Khodjaev D.I – Head of Soil and Plant Laboratory of the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry, Samadov M – Procurement Manager and Mukhtorov M – Project Coordinator. – manager on purchases and Muradov I. – chief accountant. The meeting was held within the framework of the agreement for soil fertility determination in rural farms of the country, including 71 seed farms, which are the beneficiaries of the project.

Within the meeting the participants discussed the importance and necessity of soil diversity tests, determining the state of soil fertility by modern scientific methods and their timely implementation by specialists in this field.
