Working visit of a technical group to the diary plant JSC “Shiri Dushanbe”

On February 2 of this year, in the diary plant JSC “Shiri Dushanbe” a technical working group met with representatives of LLC “Shiri Istaravshan”, LLC “Shiri Spitamen”, LLC “Shiri Zafarabod”, LLC “Nuri Safar”, LLC “Shiri Devashtich” and LLC “Shiri Saodat” of Khuroson region.

During the meeting, group members discussed the best practices of foreign countries, using the example of the Republic of the Philippines, in fortifying certain food products. It was explained how the enterprises of this state, in conditions of environmental and sanitary cleanliness, ensure the availability of raw materials, their procurement and processing, packaging and presentation of finished products to the population.

Then Nazarmoh Nazarbekova, head of the testing office of the diary plant JSC “Shiri Dushanbe”, presented the audience with a documentary film that demonstrated ways to gain access to raw materials, their processing, enrichment and packaging.

She also highlighted that this plant started its activity in 1964 and during the period of independence, it has improved step by step according to the needs of the time.

For the health of the country’s residents and in accordance with the needs of society, more than 83 types of cheese products, as well as children’s, local and other types of dairy products have been prepared and put into production.

All finished products consist of minerals and trace elements, amino acids and other important vitamins for humans, and due to its ecological properties the shelf life of these products is up to 10 days.

At the end, the members of the working group got familiarized with the state of hygiene and sanitation of the product processing enterprises, as well as with the process of preparation of the products and gave them a high assessment.
