Communication of the Institution with public

The State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” under Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project has established a grievance redres mechanism at local and regional level to ensure transparency of project activities and to establish good relations with beneficiaries.

It is worth mentioning that in order to ensure transparency of the project activities and communication with beneficiaries and people affected by the project, this year, boxes for collecting complaints and suggestions were installed in 46 cities and districts of the republic.

The installed boxes are checked and within 15 days, the received complaints and requests are reviewed by local and regional commissions specially organized within the framework of Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project. The State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” then sends written answers to the submitted complaints and suggestions.

Last week, specialists of the social affairs department of the Institution together with the NGO “Umedbakhsh” and the project coordinator conducted a commission opening of the boxes in the subordinate Cities and Districts of the republican subordination, as a result of which proposals of citizens (beneficiaries) were received, to which the Institution will provide detailed answers.
