QUALITY SEEDS IS A GUARANTEE OF FERTILITY

As in the previous year, State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” within the framework of the Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project for the development of seed production sector started distribution of mineral fertilizers (Urea, ammonium nitrate, Superphosphate) and seeds of 3 types of high quality wheat of elite group (Temiryazevka-150, Alekseich and Grom) for seed farms of cities and Districts of republican subordination, GBAO, Sogd and Khatlon regions.

Farmers were motivated by the continuous support of the State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” and started the fall sowing of grain crops in a timely manner. At present, in some parts of the Republic, wheat seeds are completely out of the ground and growing well. In other parts of the country, autumn wheat planting continues at a high pace, with farmers trying to make the most of the favorable autumn weather and complete planting in the coming days.

High quality elite group wheat is certified and adapted to weather and climatic conditions of Tajikistan.
