CONGRATULATIONS OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTION IN HONOR OF THE STATE LANGUAGE DAY OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

The Tajik nation is proud of its culture and centuries-old civilization, and accordingly all cultural values have been preserved and are recognizable through language.

The celebration of Language Day is one of the blessed phenomena of the state independence of Tajikistan, which, like our other ancient national traditions, is solemnly celebrated every year.

State independence not only contributed to the preservation of the originality of the Tajik language, but also created the necessary conditions for the development, improvement, expansion and enhancement of its status. In particular, the merits and efforts of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the country, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon in maintaining the purity and integrity of the state language are unrivaled.

Today there are 7,100 different languages in the world, and only 100 have been given official status.

Although Tajik language is ranked 23rd among 7100 different languages of the world, its importance, value and status are increasing day by day.

Therefore, each of us needs to protect this national shrine, which is the expression of our destiny, the source of pride and honor, the basis of eternal unity of our people, the proud guardian of the treasures and riches of our culture – our native language, the language of the civilized and ancient people of Tajikistan.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to sincerely congratulate all of you, dear colleagues, as well as all noble people of our country on the State Language Day. I wish you health and pride, productive work, happiness in life and unique achievements.
