  1. The Republic of Tajikistan received a Grant from the International Development Association for the implementation of the Project “Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector” and intends to use part of the funds for payments under the contract for the Procurement of rootstocks of 152778 no. pome fruites and 14199 no. stone fruits to create intensive gardens (SUE \u201cTojikniholparvar\u201d) for 2023 planting season.<\/li>\n
  2. The State Institution \u201cAgriculture Entrepreneurship Development\u201d Project Management Unit (SI \u201cAED\u201d PMU) herby invites the eligible bidder to submit their bids for Procurement of rootstocks of 152778 no. pome fruites and 14199 no. stone fruits to create intensive gardens (SUE \u201cTojikniholparvar\u201d) for 2023 planting season.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures described in World Bank Regulation: Procurement of goods, works and non-consulting services for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers (July 2016; revised in November 2017, August 2018 and fourth edition November 2020) (Procurement Rules) and is open to any bidder from eligible countries as defined in the Procurement Rules.<\/li>\n
    2. All Interested eligible bidders may obtain more detailed information from the State Institution \u201cAgriculture Entrepreneurship Development\u201d Project Management Unit and review the bidding documentation during working hours from 08.00 to 17.00 at the address below.<\/li>\n
    3. All interested eligible bidders can obtain a full package of bidding documents in Russian by submitting an official letter to the address below. The documents can be obtained from the office of State Institution \u201cAgriculture Entrepreneurship Development\u201d Project Management Unit located at the address below.<\/li>\n
    4. Bids must be submitted no later than October 12, 2023, 15:00 (local time) to the address of State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan. An official opening of bids will be conducted with participation of representatives of the bidders on October 12, 2023, 15:10 at the address below. Electronic bids will not be accepted for this RFB. All bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered.<\/li>\n
    5. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 48000.00 (Forty-eight thousand) Tajik Somoni or equivalent in US Dollars.<\/li>\n
