  1. The Government of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project (SRASP), additional financing, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for \u201cProcurement of services for distribution of seeds and mineral fertilizers for vulnerable farmers in Sugd, Khatlon, DRS and Badakhshan regions\u201d.<\/li>\n
  2. The State Institute \u201cAgriculture Entrepreneurship Development\u201d Project Management Unit (AED PMU) now invites eligible Service Providers for lots as follows: Lot #1: \u201cDistribution of seeds and mineral fertilizers for vulnerable farmers in Khatlon region\u201d, Lot #2: \u201cDistribution of seeds and mineral fertilizers for vulnerable farmers in Sugd region\u201d and Lot #3: \u201cDistribution of seeds and mineral fertilizers for vulnerable farmers in DRS and Badakhshan regions\u201d.<\/li>\n
  3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive procurement using a Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank\u2019s \u201cProcurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers\u201d July 2016 revised November 2020 (\u201cProcurement Regulations\u201d) and is open to all eligible Service Providers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.<\/li>\n
  4. Interested Service Providers may obtain further information from the State Institute \u201cAgriculture Entrepreneurship Development\u201d Project Management Unit (AED PMU) and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM at E-mail: procurement.srasp@gmail.com as well as at the address given below.<\/em><\/li>\n
  5. All interested Service Providers can obtain a copy of the RFQ which contains detailed instructions for preparation of the quotation in English by submitting an official letter to the address below or through email. The RFQ can be obtained from the office of AED PMU located at the address below.<\/li>\n
  6. Service Providers shall submit a quotation in hard copy must be delivered to the address below on or before September 12, 2023 11:00 am.<\/em> Late offers will be rejected.<\/li>\n
