The number and identification of lots (contracts) comprising this RFB is:<\/p>\n

Lot #1: SRASP-RFB-GO-2025-06-1 \u2013 Procurement of IT equipment (office) for the Agricultural Department of the MoA at district and city level and Tajik Agrarian University.<\/p>\n

Lot #2: SRASP-RFB-GO-2025-06-2 \u2013 Procurement of furniture for the Tajik Agrarian University.<\/p>\n

  1. The Government of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project (SRASP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for \u201cProcurement of IT equipment (office) and furniture for the Agricultural Department of the MoA at district and city levels and Tajik Agrarian University\u201d.<\/li>\n
  2. The State Institute \u201cAgriculture Entrepreneurship Development\u201d Project Management Unit now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for: Lot #1 – Procurement of IT equipment (office) for the Agricultural Department of the MoA at district and city level and Tajik Agrarian University, Lot#2 – Procurement of furniture for the Tajik Agrarian University.<\/li>\n
  3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank\u2019s \u201cProcurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers\u201d dated July 2016, revised September 2023 (\u201cProcurement Regulations\u201d) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.<\/li>\n
  4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the State Institute \u201cAgriculture Entrepreneurship Development\u201d Project Management Unit and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM at the address given below.<\/em><\/li>\n
  5. The full package of bidding document in Russian may be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of an official letter to the address below. The document will be sent by the AED PMU procurement email.<\/li>\n
  6. Bids must be delivered to the address below by November 28, 2025 14:00 hrs.<\/strong> Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders\u2019 designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on November 28, 2025 14:10 hrs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bank guarantee in the amount of Lot 1 \u2013 TJS 107,000.00 (One hundred seven thousand) Tajik somoni, Lot 2 \u2013 TJS 10,000.00 (Ten thousand) Tajik somoni.<\/li>\n
