1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the \u201cStrengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project\u201d, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for \u201cProcurement of agricultural equipment in 3 lots for vulnerable farmers in all the regions of the Republic of Tajikistan\u201d.
\n2. The State Institute \u201cAgriculture Entrepreneurship Development\u201d Project Management Unit (AED PMU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for lots as follow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank\u2019s \u201cProcurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers\u201d July 2016, revised September 2023 Edition (\u201cProcurement Regulations\u201d) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
\n4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from AED PMU and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 08:00 to 17:00 at the address given below.
\n5. The bidding document in English may be received free of charge by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.
\n6. Bids must be delivered to the address by November 11, 2024 14:00. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked \u201cORIGINAL BID\u201d, and the inner envelopes marked \u201cTECHNICAL PART\u201d will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders\u2019 designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on November 11, 2024 14:10. All envelopes marked \u201cSECOND ENVELOPE: FINANCIAL PART\u201d shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Purchaser until the second public opening.
\n7. All Bids must be accompanied by a \u201cBid Security\u201d of: (i) Lot #1: USD 15 800 (United States dollars fifteen thousand and eight hundred); (ii) Lot #2: USD 16 300 (United States dollars sixteen thousand and three hundred); and (iii) Lot# 3: USD 14 700 (United States dollars fourteen thousand and seven hundred).
\n8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder\u2019s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
