I congratulate all of you, dear colleagues, on the Day of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and the 32nd anniversary of the 16th session of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The celebration of the Day of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan is considered a symbol of loyalty and devotion to the beloved Motherland, the respected Tajik people and the Head of State, and is also considered an important factor in the union, cohesion and unity of the Tajik people.

The extensive state activity of the great Leader of the nation began with the XVI session of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Tajikistan, at which the main foundations of national statehood were restored. The most important achievement of this historic session is the election of the head of state as a worthy son of the nation, a brave person, pure and noble, possessing a high national identity, and Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The founder of national peace and unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, as a far-sighted and wise leader, relying on the great strength and eternal wisdom of the people, led our country along a democratic path based on law, a secular and unified way of life, and ensured peace and tranquility in the lives of people.

Under the direct leadership and constant care of the great Leader of the nation, significant successes have been achieved in all areas of the country, and the people of our dear country live in an atmosphere of peace and stability, unity and mutual understanding.

The honorable Tajik people are aware of the daily activities of the head of state and well aware that he devotes his entire existence and activity to the development of our dear country, ensuring a dignified life for the people.

For this reason, the Day of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan has become a national holiday for Tajiks, and every Tajik family celebrates it with joy.

The founder of national peace and unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon, from the first days of the state’s independence, in the process of restoring and forming the foundations of the new state and statehood, ensuring the security and peace of society, political and economic stability, in the name of the prosperity of the Motherland, the creative process, that is, the construction of power plants and tunnels, scientific and educational enterprises and institutions, highways that meet international standards and other great achievements have made it possible to achieve great and unique achievements in development and statehood.

We are fully confident that under the wise leadership of the great Leader of the Nation, our dear Tajikistan will be able to realize its strategic goals, plans to prepare for the 35th anniversary of state independence, achieve great achievements, sustainable development and a decent life for our people.
