Monitoring of complaints boxes across the country

In accordance with the requirements of the complaints redress mechanism, the social and environmental specialists of the State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” together with the Public Organization “Umedbakhsh” and under the implementation of the “Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project” since the beginning of January of the current year implemented a review of information stands, monitoring of complaints boxes and complete replacement of information stands intended directly for complaints and suggestions from the project beneficiaries.

In the meantime, this initiative fully implemented in pilot cities, districts of Khatlon region, 10 cities, and districts of Sughd region, currently it is actively continuing in the districts of republican subordination and Sughd region and will be complete in the coming days.

The social and environmental specialists of the State Institution “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” and the Public Organization “Umedbakhsh” decided in the coming days to implement information campaigns to inform the beneficiaries and stakeholders of the “Strengthening Resilience of the Agriculture Sector Project” about the suggestion mechanism in the implementation of the project, in order to implement the action plan in a timely manner.
