With great respect and from the bottom of my heart, I congratulate all of you, dear colleagues, on the 31st anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The national army of independent Tajikistan is considered the most important part of statehood, the basis of stability and existence of our ancient nation in the international arena. It is the sacred duty of every patriotic citizen of our dear country to contribute to its development.

It is worth noting that the National Army of the country, at a time of serious threat to the fate of the country and its independence, despite being a new structure, was able to make worthy efforts to restore peace, tranquility and security to the borders of our country.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in his Message, emphasized that “The realities and events of the modern world warn each of us of the need to have political intelligence, a high sense of patriotism and self-awareness to preserve the value of state independence”.

On these happy days, dear colleagues, on your behalf, I sincerely congratulate all officers and soldiers of the country, wish health and well-being, happiness and achievements, and eternal peace to our independent Tajikistan.
